Reading is the easiest skill. It is also the most widely found English language skill amongst Chinese student, Writing is a more active skill than reading. However it is still a little easier than speaking, as there is plenty of time to choose the right words look in the dictionary for help, and make corrections. Listening is the third most important language skill to learn. It is far more difficult to listen and understand spoken English than to read English in a book or in a letter. Speaking English may be the most difficult of the four language skills. It is an active skill, and requires the student to put words together into sentences without much time to prepare, and with no time for correction, yet it is the most exciting skill to have, as it opens up wonderful channels of communication with people of others cultures and countries. But this is just what we lack.
More often than not I found some of the students who get high marks in their exams showed an inability to communicate with people in English. And this enabled me to understand deeper what my first English teacher has always emphasized: listening and speaking keeping ahead; reading and writing following up. I believe this is the rule of learning a language because we learn a certain language to communicate. As we conquered the most difficult parts: listening and speaking, we would easily master the writing and reading skills.

首先，什麼是英語學習？所有語言，都是兩部分組成，用專業術語來説就是語言輸入和語言輸出，聽讀就是輸入，説寫就是輸出。在中國，初高中的英語學習，其實都沒有涉及到英語的太多輸出，主要還停留在輸入階段，考試裏的體現就是閲讀完型為大，寫作是小。因為很簡單，作為第二語言，這個鴻溝不是那麼容易就跨過去的。先打基礎，再發展。所以得成立中國，再説改革開放。
我認為，初高中的英語學習就是兩部分，一個叫語感培養，一個叫語境還原。這並不是我亂編的，是很多老師每天在説的。老師總説培養起語感了，就會做題就能得高分。這個説法實際上有很大的誤區。我想把這個誤區給糾正一下，把這個概念發展到了語境這個問題。到底什麼是語感和語境呢？來看幾個簡單的例子：
Heis a man. /He is being a man. /He hasbeen a man for years. /He was a man. /He will be a man.
這五句話非常簡單，都是國中的知識點。這五句話非常有趣，只改變了動詞的時態，五句話就表達了五種不同的意思。解釋五句話。其實這個例子，就體現了一個問題，每句話的產生，一定有一個語言背景，直白地説，就是説話的背景，説話人當時所處的環境。有一個笑話，説四川人老用tmd,到北方上學了，很多同學隨口就帶tmd,別人就不理解了，説四川人習慣不好，髒話連篇，素質低。這是真的嗎？其實不然，tmd很多時候只是四川人的一句口頭禪，它可以表達情緒的起伏變化，高興了説一句"這tmd",不開心了説一句"這tmd",罵人了"這tmd",夸人也是"這tmd".語言就是這樣，換個場景，語言本身的意思就變了，這就叫語境。
好了，説了這麼多，我們來説怎麼學。又聽例子：

兩句話比較完，只有一個冠詞的差別，但是意思缺天差地別。第一句是説"教室裏有一個學生",而第二句是"那就是教室裏的那個學生".一個a一個the引起了句子的巨大變化，學過英語的學生都應該知道這兩個詞都是冠詞，a、an叫不定冠詞，the叫定冠詞。什麼叫定，什麼又是不定呢？定冠詞直白地説就是，指代特定事物，語法書上最常寫的一個詞叫特指。那麼ok了，不定冠詞加了個不字，就是否定定的意思，就是不特指，不搞特殊性，泛泛地指，a、an又可以表一個，所以就是隨便的一個。搞定！那麼所有的a、an、the你都有數了，特別，還是不特別。A student不特別，隨便的一個，the student特別，必須是那一個，到底是哪一個，教室裏的那一個。既然有教室裏的那一個了，説明什麼，前文肯定有教室，肯定説過這個學生。搞定！一段話就這樣被你還原了。這樣的學習，才是高效的，是有效的'。為什麼？因為你學會了舉一反三，從概念推句意，還能從句意推文意了。
可惜的是，這樣的學生並不多，很多學生並不懂得如何去學習。英語一共十種詞，名、動、代、冠、形、副、感歎、數、連、介，每種詞的概念你都瞭解了，這是必要的，再者概念裏面就會解釋如何應用，然後就是把所有的詞放在句子裏面，理解句子，加入語法句法，全部合理以後，就是作者的小心思了。
學習應該是這樣，一步步學習和理解，再應用。我個人很不喜歡死記硬背，也不會死記硬背，所以我有限的w多的詞彙量，都是靠應用理解得來的，句子更是，我在大一階段認真讀完了那本綠皮的薄冰英語語法，然後通過平時的聽説讀寫，去應用，現在我能告訴你任何一句話的語法變化，如何引申推導，文字背後的意思。這，就是高效的學習。我並不是一個非常優秀的學習者，我沒有進入北大清華，沒有進入常青藤劍橋牛津，我不特殊。我可以做到，同學們一樣可以做到。只要你有着想知道為什麼的渴望，就一定能走上寬廣的道路去求得答案！

想學好英語，首先要培養對英語的興趣。“興趣是最好的老師”。興趣是學習英語的巨大動力，有了興趣，學習就會事半功倍。我們都有這樣的經驗：喜歡的事，就容易堅持下去；不喜歡的事情，是很難堅持下去的。而興趣不是與生俱來的，需要培養，有的同學説：“我一看到英語就頭疼，怎麼能培養對英語的興趣呢？”還有的同學説；“英語單詞
我今天記了明天忘，我太笨了，我算沒治了。”這都是缺乏信心的表現。初學英語時，沒有掌握正確的學習方法，沒有樹立必勝的信心，缺乏了克服困難的勇氣，喪失了上進的動力，稍遇失敗就會向挫折繳槍，向困難低頭。你就會感到英語是一門枯燥無味的學科，學了一段時間之後，學習積極性也逐漸降低，自然也就不會取得好成績。但是隻要掌握正確的學習方法，就會有了學習英語的動力和慾望。
以下是我在學習英語是經常採用的學習方法，希望你們可以採納：
背英語單詞時，我常常把一些記不住的英文單詞寫在便利貼上，貼在家裏各處，鏡子、書架、門口、書桌上……在早晨洗臉刷牙的時候就看看，儘量不浪費一天當中記憶裏最好的時間。或者是把英語單詞寫在小本子上，上下學時可以邊走邊看，如果不想被車撞的話，就看一眼單詞，邊看路邊拼讀出來吧！在記憶的時候，要努力激勵自己一定可以背下來，並且規定好多長時間複習一次，在背詞彙表的時候，對於已掌握的，可以掠過去不看；對於那些生詞，可以採取以下策略。以四個為一組，對於連續的四個生詞反覆多次進行記憶，直到你在遮住右半邊只看英文的情況下能夠立即説出其對應的中文含義。然後再背下面四個生詞。當背了5組(20個詞)後，再從頭把這20個詞檢查一遍，對於那些記不住的
詞，再在紙上抄幾遍，以加強記憶。這樣才不會讓自己的詞彙量有所短缺。
如果你想補充一下你的課外詞彙量，就可以在做閲讀題的時候，遇到不認識的單詞先做記號，並猜測他們的意思，等到把全文看完後再從字典上把他們的意思找出來，具體的做法是找一本筆記本，把他的一頁從中間對摺，然後從字典上把英漢意思抄上去，英語單詞或詞組抄在左邊，漢語意思抄在右邊，然後對所有的詞彙背三遍，先漢英對照背一邊，然後分別只看英文或漢語解釋背一遍。這種方法記憶的量大而且比較牢靠，只是需要十分刻苦的人才可以做到。
記得以前在李陽瘋狂英語那裏學習的時候，就有李陽三最口腔肌肉訓練法，記住什麼是三最。三罪就是“最大聲、最清晰、最快速。”我們可以找一篇經典的短文或是一些句子進行聯繫。持之以恆，堅持練習，你的口語一定會取得很大的進步。
還有一些同學是在英語聽力這方面比較弱，我個人認為，語音是一門語言的基礎，只有學好發音，正確的讀出來，才會聽得懂對方再説什麼。專心聽懂一段英語對話比囫圇吞棗的聽了長篇文章的效果要好得多。我們記憶單詞平時是用眼看心記，雖然你是認識了這個單詞，但很可能你還是聽不懂這個單詞，聽力練習時是用耳朵對單詞的再熟悉。英語聽力並不是聽的時間越長就越好，而是需要效率，時間太長只會
讓你覺得耳朵變得遲鈍，大腦反應變慢。所以我們貴在精，而不在多，每天你可以只聽一個小時，甚至半個小時，但你一定要保證這半個小時你做的完全是有用功，而不是無效的僅僅是在於需要一個量的安慰。聽不懂是很自然的事情。提高聽力是需要時間的，也沒有什麼捷徑可走。慢慢練習，堅持每天聽一定時間的英語，把自己融入英語的世界裏，隨着時間的流逝，你會看到成績的。
身邊有好多同學對英語作文感到吃力。英語作文其實只需要掌握兩方面，一是詞彙，有充足的詞彙量不擔心寫到一半卡殼；二是語法，學會正確運用語法很重要。詞彙和語法掌握好了，你還怕作文不給力麼？另外還有個比較笨的方法，背範文。好用但是吃力、耗時，我不喜歡。
每次考試之後，仔細看自己的試卷，哪裏該錯，哪裏不該錯，總結經驗，下次絕不再犯。如果記性差或是要總結的比較多，最好拿本子記起來。不記得在哪看的，優秀的人是不會在同一個地方摔倒兩次的
上課要認真聽講，不走思或儘量少走思。不要自以為是，要虛心向老師學習。不要以為老師講得簡單而放棄聽講，如果真出現這種情況可以當成是複習、鞏固。儘量與老師保持一致、同步，不能自搞一套，否則就等於是完全自學了。入門以後，有了一定的基礎，則允許有自己一定的活動空間，也就是説允許有一些自己的東西，學得越多，自己的.東西越多 。
有緊迫感是促使你努力學習的方法之一。養成習慣，觀察你的競爭對手或班上成績好又刻苦學習的同學。看到他們在課桌上奮筆疾書時，你難道不會想學習麼？每次我鬆懈下來的時候，都會想：你不是一個人在奮鬥。其實學習就像攀巖比賽，如果你不努力，你下面的人就會爬上來，把你踩在腳底下。同樣的，爬得越高就越危險。競爭就是這麼殘酷，學生就是這麼身不由己。
英語是一種語言，不是記住了單詞、詞組、句型和語法項目就是把它學好了，關鍵在於使用語言，所以在學習英語是一定要注意聽、説、讀、寫、譯全面發展、英語首先是一個記憶的過程，然後才是實踐的過程。學習英語，無論如何，勤奮是不可少的，他是一個日積月累的漸進過程，是沒有任何捷徑可走的，也沒有所謂“速成”的靈丹妙方，急於求成不踏踏實實工作，是學不好英語的。任何成功的獲得都要靠自己的努力，要勤勤懇懇，兢兢業業、一步一個較硬的學習，端正態度，認真對待學習中的挫折和失敗，失敗並不可怕，可怕的是對自己喪失信心而一蹶不振。對考試的失敗，冷靜分析，認真思考，只要對勝利充滿信心，善於總結經驗教訓，不斷努力、不斷追求、勝利一定是屬於你們的。

Before every English class we would have an on duty report to let the students say something according to what they had learned first presentation in class was to recite a dialogue. But to my great surprise, my teacher praised me for my pronunciation. I tittered because I had imitated the readers in the tape for at least 20 times until finally I couldn’t find any differences between our pronunciations. And I did not realize that this little prize given by my teacher began to influence my English learning magically.

Then how can we make it? I have seen lots of diligent students in the early morning reading aloud their English texts without paying any attention to their nearly unacceptable pronunciation. I feel sorry for those students because their hard work deserves a much better English level if they improve their method of learning.
I found that my way of learning English that I formed from middle school still works today. By listening to tapes and imitating the speakers one can improve his pronunciation within a short time. By reciting classic essays one can enrich their language as well as enlarge their vocabulary. As a non-English major, I like to set aside a certain period of time for English learning everyday, usually an hour or at least half an hour. 記憶力的好也可以幫助學習，但是死記硬背的方式實在是套古老了，也太死板了，再好的興趣也會被消磨光。所以，可以用一種節省時間，增加興趣，享受時間的方法。在老師留作業，抄單詞或句子的時候，先抄一遍，再根據腦袋裏"肯定"的答案在接着繼續默寫，這樣就達到了節省時間着點了。還有在背課文的時候，有些同學們後覺得這些太多了，太難了，簡直就是在謀財害命，但老師就是硬要我們被下來，太痛苦了！那麼，在這個時候，你可以把被課文當做是在背詩，記歌詞，背詩揹着揹着就順了，記歌詞記着記着就好像是自己在聽喜愛的音樂一般，這也有了增加興趣，享受時間和節省時間了。
第三步，自信：

為了在考試中做題得心應手，揮灑自如，在家中做一些練習題是必不可少的。我在家裏一般做一些閲讀理解、聽力等的練習題。原來我做這些題都需要許多時間，現在每次做這些練習題只需要較少的`時間就行了。這次期末考試我也從中嚐到了甜頭。
3、語法
寫英語作文最離不開的就是語法了。單詞通過正確的語法連接起來就是句子。如果離開了語法，寫出來的作文就是中式英語。所以説語法也是很重要的。讓我們掌握好語法，説標準的英語。
4、聽讀和背誦
就像我們學習語文一樣，多聽、多讀、多背誦，語文才能學好，學英語也是一樣。多聽，可以鍛鍊我們的聽力和反應能力;多讀，不僅學習了英語也開闊了我們的視野;多背誦，讓我們出口成章。

我叫韓瑤，我非常喜歡英語。所以我的英語在讀、寫、背方面都比較優越，英語成績也很好。去年期末考試也考了個滿分的好成績。我一直以此為榮。有的同學可能會説女生在處理事情上優柔寡斷，拖拖拉拉，但我從來不會這樣處理事情。我對事情很投入，不會三心二意，什麼事情都會認真對待。
如果我競選英語學習委員會成功，首先我會按時完成老師佈置的作業，嚴格要求自己，然後幫同學檢查作業。如果我沒做過，我會讓他們補上，及時領取。其次，我會幫助那些英語成績不好的'同學，耐心的教他們每個單詞的發音，還有一些基礎知識和句型。我也會和大家探討學習英語的竅門，分享我在英語方面的收穫，從而提高你們的英語成績，共同進步！得到大家滿意的結果！

學習英語無捷徑。要想學好英語只有大量實踐，多聽多讀，多説，多寫。不要被子商業廣告所誤導。
1、注重課堂學習：
課堂上要積極參與，不能做被動的聽眾。提高課堂效率，珍惜每一次練習機會。
預習：熟讀課文，瞭解生詞在文章中的使用，標出難點。
聽講：老師設計的課堂活動是有目的的。別人答題時自己不能不聽不練。
記筆記：理解≠記住≠靈活運用。因此，對好的例句、詞語辨析、常用句型、文化差異，中英文差異，習俗差異都可作些筆錄。
2、聽説結合訓練
1)聽説結合訓練是交流的需要。
2)聽説結合訓練也是學習規律的要求：高效學習的過程是：存儲，記憶和激活的過程。聽懂，並講出就是將課本上的句子單詞語法複習和鞏固的過程。
3)聽説結合訓練能夠幫你樹立信心，多聽各種生活情景下的句子，做到能條件反射地説出該説的英語句子。能説出一口流利的英語，不僅培養了成就感，也促進了語言的學習。
開始時可跟錄音讀，保證發音正確。因為許多同學聽力差並不是因為掌握的語言知識不夠，而是聽到的正確的語音與自己所説熟悉的不正確的'讀音不能聯繫起來，因此影響了理解。
3、閲讀訓練：
閲讀應該是高中三年中最應重視的部分了。因為它是培養英語語感，鞏固和熟悉所學知識的最有效途徑。因此，課外閲讀時可採用半精讀與泛讀的方式。
半精讀：選長短適中，有一定生詞的原文材料或某一種教材。要持之以恆。要記住，用一本教科書學英語是絕對不夠的。
泛讀：自助餐及書報雜誌。讀不同題材、體裁的文章，理解跨學科知識。讀時注意對運用精妙的詞彙，短語或句子做些摘抄。

“英語難，難於上青天”，“最令我們頭疼的就是學英語”平常交談中，我們常能聽到許多類似的感慨。學英語真的很難嗎?我認為：英語學習並非難事，關鍵在於要用心去學。首先，要捨得投入精力和時間，要有恆心。許多人學習英語時想尋求捷徑，我認為這也未嘗不可，但必須以堅實的基礎為前提。付出總與收穫成正比，持之以恆，英語水平就有了相應的提高。其次，掌握一定的詞彙量。如果你目前沒有掌握一定的詞彙量，那麼，你一定要學會如何掌握詞彙量的方法。英語學習中，單詞的記憶是困擾許多人的一個難題。記單詞的確不是一件容易的事情，但若方法得當，效果就會好得多。我認為，大家倘能真正做到以下三點，掌握的詞彙量一定會不斷增多：
1、調整情緒。有的人想學，但卻“怕”字當頭，這與科學的學習方法相悖。心理學家認為：“當一個人感到極度興奮時，學習的效果就極佳。它可使我們的思維變得敏捷、活躍，注意力集中。”所以在記憶單詞前應首先調整好自己的情緒，使自己擁有一種學習單詞的熱情和牢記它們的決心，努力使自己處於學習的最佳狀態。
2、運用記憶法記單詞。現在有許多記憶單詞的方法，如詞綴詞根記憶法、同義詞和近義詞記憶法，分割聯想記憶法，詞源記憶法等。我運用最多的是結合記憶法和詞綴詞根記憶法。
3、鞏固和強化。單詞在初次學習後，應及時地複習、鞏固，以免在短時間內遺忘。還有一些方法比如收聽英語節目、看英文原版錄像都是效果不錯的方法。即經常有意識地用英語交流。英語考試中閲讀理解題所佔考分大，耗時多，但如果平時能做到多讀，則有助於提高閲讀能力。閲讀要快讀，以提高閲讀速度，增加和擴大英語感性認識。
轉眼間，我已上崗一個學期了。在這短短的幾個月時光中，我深深的體會到了這份工作的純真與美好。作為“孩子王”，與孩子在一起的氛圍是任何現代裝飾手段都無法營造。望着那一張張天真可愛的笑臉，一切的煩惱與憂愁剎那間消退，生活的詩畫便在眼前飛揚，使心田燦爛，温馨甜美……我覺得國小教師是一個純真和美好的職業。有人形容國小教師看起來永遠都是那麼的年輕和充滿朝氣。這種形容不無道理。當你面對孩子們那雙清澈無比又充滿童真的眼睛時，當你聆聽着他們銀鈴般的笑聲時，每個人都彷彿又重新回到了童年時光。這讓我更叫喜歡這個職業，讓我覺得這份職業如此純真美好
可喜的是經過半年的.學習、積累、探索，我在英語教學上日趨成熟，逐漸收放自如，總結出了一套自己的教學方法。現簡單列出：
一、激發興趣，維持激-情。
“興趣是孩子們最好的老師。”使學生帶着濃厚的興趣去學習，將會使教學工作取得事半功倍的效果，這是我教學中最深刻的體會。激發國小生的學習興趣並不難。國小生初學英語，對英語充滿了好奇與嚮往，與中文迥然不同的語音語調使他們躍躍欲試，歐洲國家的風土人情使他們眼界大開，再加上課堂上，我使用了大量的彩圖、實物、頭飾、音樂等作為教學工具，設計了豐富多采的教學遊戲，讓學生在玩中學，在學中玩，身心愉悦地上英語課，在不知不覺中就掌握了知識，使英語成為他們最喜歡的科目。
但更重要的是將這一學習的激-情保持下去。學生到了四、五、六年級，英語課便比較沒有新鮮感了，而且隨着內容的加深，學生也漸感吃力。對高年級的學生，一方面我適當改變教法，設計出更新穎有效的遊戲活動輔助學生理解、記憶，激發學習興趣，另一方面，也在嘗試新的激-情激發點。比如，在英語對話、競賽、表演中讓學生盡情、自由發揮，體驗成功的喜悦與滿足;在課外舉行效仿歐美習俗的聚會等，讓學生有機會在濃厚的英語氛圍中學習英語，從而產生學英語、説英語的強烈願望。
二、及時複習，反覆操練。
俗語有云：“一日不唱口生，一日不練手生。”因此，在英語教學中我要求學生必須對所學內容倒背如流，脱口而出。因此，每一內容傳授完畢後，我都要求學生及時背誦、記憶，確保每一學生在單詞、句子的聽、説、讀、寫過關。每天早上，學生必須將所學內容讀至少一遍以上，隨時保持學習英語的最佳狀態。在每一堂英語課前，我都會用英語與學生自由交談。通過反覆的操練，學生對知識自然能掌握得牢，用得活了。
三、嚴抓書寫，打牢基矗
學英語並非是一朝一夕的事，可謂“never too old to learn.”(活到老，學到老.)那麼，基礎的重要性便不言而喻了。初學時如果在書寫上或是發音上有不良的習慣或錯誤，在以後將很難糾正。因此，在國小英語教學中，我在書寫和發音上要求特別嚴格，哪怕是abc這樣簡單的字母。在書寫上，我要求學生先書空，再在練習本上寫，最後寫到作業本上。亂塗亂畫及不符合四線三格書寫規則的一律重寫至規範為止。“磨刀不誤砍柴工”，做好了準備，打牢了基礎，既使教學活動更順利、更規範化，也為學生將來學習英語鋪就一條平坦大道。
四、在英語教學中貫徹道德教育原則。
教師的職責，古人概括為“傳道、授業、解惑”，把道德教育放到了首位。教書必先育人，英語科也不例外。在國小英語教材中，有許多禮貌用語，如：thank you! excuse me. sorry. after you.等;有教人拾金不昧的小故事;有發人深省的寓言;有宣揚團結互助的短文......我絕不放過這樣的教育機會，除了句子、短文的閲讀、理解教學外，更讓學生去體會其中的精神。讓學生在課堂模仿操練之餘，也延伸到日常生活中去，成為個人的一種情操。如今，學生已將thank you! sorry. that’s all right.等掛在嘴邊，文明有禮成了一種風氣。
除了一般的道德教育外，我覺得英語還是最容易培養學生自信心的科目之一。剛開始學英語時，一部分人只會吃吃地笑，還有一部分人説得好像蚊子在哼哼叫。在老師的鼓勵與誘導下，學生能夠開口説，到大聲説，不到半學期便能在大庭廣眾下賣弄自己的英語，這過程便是一個自信心的提升。我在課堂上極少批評打擊學生，我更願我的學生在我的good! wounderful!等肯定聲中找到自我，從而信心百倍地去學下一句。
當然，在英語教壇上，我尚是一名新兵。在今後漫長的教學生涯中，我仍需要接受更嚴格的鍛鍊和挑戰，不斷學習，不斷積累，為中國通往世界的語言橋樑添磚加瓦
